Friday Funday for Adults - BREAK OUT EXPRESSIONISTIC MIXED MEDIA - March 24, 2023

Everyone’s going through something - feelings of anger, grief, frustration, heartache, self- doubt, or anxiety. The list of personal challenges in our lives goes on and on. This workshop will help you focus specifically on where you currently feel stuck. Giving our thoughts and feelings expression through a non-judgmental exploratory art process can be a powerful step in understanding your experience on a deeper level as well as contributing to your healing process.

When: March 24, 2023, 6:30 - 8:30 pm

Cost: $60 per person includes 2 drinks (wine, soda, water) and all art materials.
